Last session fail - OBV.

ok, short post.

last session of the month of course failed miserably. Not really because of me even though I might have had better days but main reason is Mr. Sklansky. Tbh I cannot remember the last time I blew this massive amount in Sklansky BB out of the window. Furthermore considering that my biggest losing session this month was around -350ish tis is pretty massive. Meh whatever. But it's always interesting to see as soon as you have some VPP goal in mind which is pretty soon to be reached (in my case 50k VPP for the month in order to maintain SNE) Stars is happy to pull the trigger. The whole mess starts around 6 hours b4 midnight ET (Stars server time) while having around 1000 VPPs left to earn for 50k when some BE highstakes Reg decides to take my limp/raise (expert play created by myself) not too serious at around hand 1200. From that moment everything was pretty std until losing AA to QQ and 88 AI pre, losing AA to KK AI pre and losing AK to A4 AI pre in about 5 minutes...
I don't feel tilted at all so I'm gonna try to get something back now but obviously not the coolest "end of the month session" jajajaja

tried to come back but wasn't working too well for the most part. Down 3k in EV. Definitely haven't experienced that kind of difference ever since I'm playing.
Whatever, show must go on...

Long time no update here so I guess it's about time... Mid october I decided that I will not go for SNE this year which had several reasons in the end. First off I said from the beginning if games getting significantly worse towards the end I will def. quit the chase and that was exactly wat was happening. Needed alot longer to get my sessions running compared to end of september for example and it was fairly hard to get 24 tables besides the very peak times on teh weekends. I experimented a little bit with CAP but here is the problem that I find it extremely hard to mix CAP and normal tables bc they are more or less 2 different games (for example I need different raise sizes, different contibet sizes, etc.). So I tried playing CAP alone for a couple of days but came to the conclusion that even if I'm getting massive amount of hands and VPPs per hour the absolut max. I can expect there is something like 0.5PTBB (more likely something like 0.0 while playing 20++tables) with insa...

Sups guys? Teh avid readers will realize that poast comes a bit early but it's 6pm here in Thailand barely any game running so i figured i poast tis now since i don't have anything better to do (besides cardio which i will do after). It's beginning 2015 and i'm pretty much in poker for a living now for almoast exactly 6years. Wasn't always easy, but definitely was always worth it and if i go back i would do it all over again. Atm i'm in Bangkok but i decided that's going to change late april where i will make my return to good old Europe after spending moast of my time in Asia teh last 1.5years, specifically Indonesia and Thailand with some additional trips. I went alot back and forth on that decision to leave Bangkok but finally after outweighing pro's and con's for a couple of weeks i came to an executive decision which i think is teh best life EV and poker EV wise. Sup foo's! Blog post on time this time so most of you frequent readers prolly already realize it was rather decent month. We start off right with poker and i really didnt feel as good about my game in a long while and after running cold for far too long things finally seem to come together. So first off teh garph: realmoney june BBs june winnings+rb As you can see casual 80 stack month and around 8k in winning + another 4k in rakeback. Also very very little variance compared to other months which gets a bit more obv here: breakdown by days 6 losing days out of 25 and only one day where i lost moar than 500bucks. Pretty insane given that i played decent amount of 200 and some 400 but also shows that i ran fairly well overall.
